Private Pool

  Even though the Sky Pool is just 4    houses away, the utmost in relaxation is walking a few steps from your back door and stepping into your own private pool.  You'll also find a gas grill and enough chairs and seating for moonlight dinners.

  Living Room
 

The living area is all located on the second floor featuring a vaulted ceiling leading to a roomy feeling for your family.  The floors are made of beautiful Brazilian Cherry.

Living Room Entertainment

After a hard day on the courts or a sun drenched day on the beach, you can relax in the living room and be entertained by the 42" HDTV plasma TV, DVD, or XBOX video gaming system.

 Kitchen
 

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for a gourmet feast!

Dining Area
 

Adjacent to the Kitchen on the 2nd Floor is a dining table that seats 6.  If more seating is required, there are two comfortable bar stools available at the kitchen bar.

Study

If you need to work a little while on vacation, the study contains a desk with a fax/copier/printer.  Additionally, the house features Wi-Fi high-speed Internet and free long distance.

Tower Room

Enjoy panoramic views of Rosemary Beach in the tower room, a guest's favorite!  At night, the tower contains two twin beds - a kid's favorite.  During the day, the beds double as sofas to sit or lie on and watch the TV/VCR combo mounted on the wall.

2nd Floor Deck

The home sits on Triangle Park, on of Rosemary Beach's many places to enjoy the natural flora and fauna of the Emerald Coast.

Master Bedroom

The Master features a King bed, walk-in closet, and a master bath including a shower with dual-heads.

Bunk Room

The bunk room serves as a great retreat for the kids.  The Bunk is a twin on top of a full bed on bottom.  The room contains a TV/DVD combination and a Playstation 2 video game system.

Guest Room

The guest bedroom features a Queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the Bunk Room.  The room contains a VCR/TV combo for late night TV.

Screened Room

Off the Master is a secluded porch with views of Triangle park across the boardwalk.  A great place to enjoy an early morning coffee or a late night glass of wine.
